Creating the cat eye first, apply sh. tanzanite eyeliner gel using a proper eyeliner brush sh. synthetic applicator brush  (eyeliner brushes are also available in all sh. brush sets)  from the inner corner to the outer corner line close to the lash line, slightly slant upwards when you get to the middle of your eye and extend just past the corner of your eye. 

Apply flower mineral eye shadow on the eye lid.

Apply sh. tanzanite eyeliner to the lower lash line and sh. flower mineral shadow over the eyeliner. 

Sweep sh. yellowstone mineral shadow on top of the liner and surrounding the eye to the brow bone.
