Organic beard oil

1/2 fill bottle Argan oil

1/4 fill bottle almond oil

7 drops lavender essential oil

3 drops rosemary essential oil

5 drop cedarwood essential oil

How to:  Combine all ingredients in a 1-ounce amber glass bottle with a dropper.

To apply: Depending on beard length, drop 3-5 drops in one hand. Longer beards will require more drops but remember, a little goes a long way, so increase amount by one drop at a time. Dip fingertips from the other hand in the oil and rub oil all over beard. When all the oil has been applied, use fingertips to massage oil down into the beard all the way to the skin. Use a small comb to smooth down the beard.

For best results, apply daily to freshly washed beard that has been toweled dry.

DIY natural teeth whitener (won't strip the enamel from your teeth)

1/8 t Organic turmeric powder
2 T organic coconut oil

How to:
Wet your toothbrush and dip it in 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder. Brush teeth as normal, but instead of rinsing when you’re done allow the turmeric to sit on your teeth for 5 minutes so that it can do it’s magic.
Add coconut oil to the mixture & swish around for 10 mins then, spit and rinse thoroughly, then follow with a brushing using your regular toothpaste.
You may notice a difference with the first application. If not, give it a few day – if you’re skeptical I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
