It’s antibacterial and anti fungal properties make it beneficial against dandruff and scalp infections and its content helps increase circulation to the scalp and improve hair growth.

Relieve tired hands naturally

This recipe is great for sore wrists, tired, fingers & hands & arthritic hands, but don’t use it on broken/cracked skin, and take care to keep your fingers out of your eyes and nostrils after you’ve applied it! Bonus! This is a natural hand sanitizer as well.

Ingredients:

In a 2 1/2 oz. spray bottle mix 1 oz. purified water, 1/2 oz of olive oil & jojoba oil with 15 drops each of the following organic essential oils, peppermint, lavender, red thyme and rosemary oil.

Method:

Shake up the ingredients, spray and let the magic relief happen!

Essential oils are so effective because they by-pass the digestive system and become absorbed directly into the blood stream. With millenniums of successful use, they not only provide enticing, awakening and pleasant aromas, they help fight pain by reducing inflammation, anxiety and stress. Peppermint: Cools and calms the mind with additional anti-inflammatory and pain relieving benefits. Lavender: Relaxes and balances the body, with anti-inflammatory benefits. Red Thyme: Fights fatigue and a natural disinfectant. Rosemary: Keeps the mind alert and can help with muscle soreness.

DIY natural teeth whitener

Whiten your smile naturally with a secret makeup artist tip & an organic DIY recipe. A simple alterative to chemical teeth whiteners and strips that’s beneficial to you & your smile.

Ingredients:

1/8 t Organic turmeric powder

2 T organic coconut oil

Method:

Wet your toothbrush and dip it in 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder. Brush teeth as normal, but instead of rinsing when you’re done allow the turmeric to sit on your teeth for 5 minutes so that it can do it’s magic.
Add coconut oil to the mixture & swish around for 10 mins then, spit and rinse thoroughly, then follow with a brushing using your regular toothpaste.
You may notice a difference with the first application. If not, give it a few days to a week – if you’re skeptical I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Follow up with a tint of red to your lips, instantly makes your lips appear whiter. For a perfect sheer tint of red try mint cherry gloss. Bonus it looks great on every skin tone alone or over your favorite lip shade.
